This performance graph tells the story of a student who began their clinical training year facing significant academic challenges, scoring 57% on the initial PACKRAT—a failing mark that often signals the need for urgent remediation. But rather than be defined by that early setback, the student used it as fuel. With targeted support, reflective learning, and a structured academic recovery plan, they made a rapid rebound to 85% on their next major assessment.

The trajectory that followed illustrates not only the student’s resilience but the power of consistent effort and cumulative knowledge building. Scores stabilized in the 80s, peaking at 91% before concluding with a strong performance on the End of Curriculum (EOC) examination.
